Horizon Power invites you to submit a response to the upcoming Legal Consulting Services Panel tender.

Horizon Power is a State Government-owned, commercially-focused statutory corporation that provides safe and reliable power to more than 100,000 residents and 10,000 businesses, including major industry in regional towns and remote communities across Western Australia.

Horizon Power is seeking to establish a non-exclusive arrangement with a panel of legal service providers across a number of areas, including:
* Dispute Resolution and Litigation;
* Projects (including expressions of interest, requests for proposal and requests for tender documentation, project strategy and structuring and related advice);
* Contract advice (including administration, document reviews, review of departures and the creation of templates and standard form contract documentation);
* Intellectual Property, Trademarking and Media;
* Competition, Regulation and Reform;
* Statutory Interpretation;
* Human Resources (EA negotiations, advisory and disputes);
* Property (including leasing and conveyancing);
* Native Title, Heritage and Environment; and
* Legal Resourcing and Secondments.

A Briefing Session will be held on Tuesday 16 July 2019 at Horizon Power’s Administration Centre located at 18 Brodie-Hall Drive, Bentley Western Australia.
