Tender Description
Works to be constructed under this Contract comprise the supply of all labour, materials (unless stated otherwise in Tender documents), plant and equipment for the demolition of the signs and turf, removal of one tree and tree protection of others, grading of the site , installation of retaining walls, pavements, fencing, furniture, multi-use hardcourt with line markings and associated towers, garden edging, soil preparation, planting and maintenance, drainage and connection to stormwater, water & electrical connections including the testing, liaising with authorities and commissioning of these and reinstatement of all disturbed surfaces, associated with the Tom Murphy Reserve Upgrade in accordance with the tender documents and associated works necessary to complete the works.
