Tender Description
JCU invites Request for Tender from suitably experienced and qualified Construction Contractors for the refurbishment of Building 28, JCU Townsville.
The project comprises full interior fitout of an existing 3 storey building with modest exterior work.
Suitable space will be required to accommodate staff and students including teaching, peer to peer spaces plus work settings and support spaces.

The Code for the Tendering and Performance of Building Work 2016 applies to the building work associated with this project.
