* Narromine Shire Council
* Walgett Shire Council
* Warren Shire Council
* Warrumbungle Shire Council
on an 'as required' basis for a period of 24 months from 1 October 2019 to 30 September 2021 with provision for a 12-month option as stated in Clause 2.3 of the Deed of Agreement.
