Request for Tenders – Lot 28, 36 Mathews Street, Julia Creek

The Tender must be:

(a) if hand delivered or posted:
(i) placed in a sealed envelope marked "Lot 28, 36 Mathews Street, Julia Creek Tender";

(ii) if posted, lodged in the post office box of Keir Steele Lawyers, PO Box 1015, Townsville QLD 4810 so that it is received by the Closing Date; or

(iii) if hand delivered:
A. delivered to Keir Steele Lawyers office at Townsville - Level 1, 131 Denham Street, Townsville QLD 4810; or
B. delivered to the Seller, at McKinlay Shire Council Administration Office, 29 Burke Street Julia Creek QLD 4823.

(b) if sent by facsimile, faxed to 07 4772 5635 with a cover page noting that the submission relates to Lot 27, 36 Mathews Street, Julia Creek Tender and marked to the attention of Matthew Keating; or

(c) if sent by email, emailed to mkeating@keirsteele.com.au with the subject line of "Lot 28, 36 Mathews Street, Julia Creek Tender".
