Employment Placement Service (General)

⁠⁠⁠MSD is seeking providers who can evidence having successfully delivered employment services through which participants have achieved sustainable employment outcomes. They should have the ability to provide a service that addresses client’s individual needs and circumstances in order to support clients to move into sustainable employment as quickly as possible.

Successful providers will have a good understanding of the barriers to employment that people face, good employer networks and strong relationships with other organisations in the community that can help provide further support to clients as they enter and remain in employment.

MSD is seeking proposals to be submitted that are aimed at supporting unemployed Work and Income clients into sustainable employment. Service participants will in general have been assessed by MSD as having either:
1. Full-time work obligations (defined as needing to achieve at least 30 permanent hours employment per week) OR
2. Part-time work obligation (defined as needing to achieve between 15-29 permanent hours employment per week).
