T0102/2019 - The Barossa Council is seeking construction tenders from suitably qualified and experienced contractors for extension and refurbishment of the Tanunda Recreation Park Show Hall. The Council will enter into a Contract for Services with the successful Tenderer. This project is one comonent of Council's "The Big Project" - Generational Community Infrastructure Project.

* Weathertight Show Hall
* Compliant contemporary kitchen that can service large events 1000 plus and enable Council to attract additional events to the facility
* Accessible stage and green room facilities
* Adequate, basic and accessible club storage facilities
* Contemporary Tanunda Show office space and Poultry exhibition/competition space
* Compliant toilet amenities
* Protective courtside viewing facilitie and storage
