Consultancy, research and analysis services on a range of environment, social, cultural and economic issues. Full particulars of the scope of services required under the panel is set out in the Statement of Requirements.

The Department intends to establish a panel with one or more suitable service providers, who may provide all or some of the services outlined in this RFT and the draft Deed of Standing Offer (Deed).

The Department is seeking to enter into a Deed of Standing Offer for an initial period of three years, with the option of two, one year extensions.

Appointment to the panel will not imply any guarantee of work. Services will be appointed on an as required basis. The Deed of Standing Offer provides no guarantee or assurance of any particular volume of business, or that any orders will be placed with the service provider.

The successful tenderers will be required to ensure any staff utilised in the delivery of services obtain and maintain security clearances as required by the Department.
