Expressions of Interest - Lease of Scone Golf Course

⁠⁠⁠Upper Hunter Shire Council is seeking expressions of interest (EOI) from organisations with experience in operating and managing golf courses to lease and operate Scone Golf Course for a period of up to five (5) years.

In submitting an EOI it is essential that Council’s principal objectives are addressed. These objectives are:
* Ensure the continued operation of the course in an economically and environmentally sustainable manner;
* Achieve the best outcome and value for money for council’s ratepayers and residents;
* Ensure that the course is managed and operated in accordance with industry best practice and standards;
* Work collaboratively with Council with regard to the ongoing maintenance of the golf course.

EOI must be received by 4:00pm, Thursday 25 July 2019.
