Event Management Services Coogee Live Two (2) Day Event

⁠⁠⁠The City of Cockburn (The Principal) is seeking the services of a suitably experienced Events Management Service Provider (EMSP) for the delivery of a two day arts and cultural festival along the Cockburn Coastline in March. The delivery of the event needs to be presented within the pre-existing draft plans and must consist of two predetermined event hubs.

The key requirement is to develop and deliver a unique and innovative event, ‘Coogee Live,’ in March 2020 along the Cockburn Coastline from Omeo Park to Coogee Beach Reserve. This has the potential, based on the success of the first year, to run for multiple years and henceforth the appointed event company may be contracted in future years. The creation and delivery of the 2020 event sits within a 7/8 month period.

The event concept ideas of movies, projections, artworks and entertainment will all aim to have an educational component around, health sustainability, accessibility, community and environment.

All services shall be executed to the satisfaction of the Principal’s Representative in strict accordance with the Contract, this Specification and the Contracted Schedule of Rates, along with any work instruction issued by the Principal’s Representative.

The Specification is to be read in the context it is written and will be the basis upon which the Contractor is to achieve an acceptable standard and level of service.
