Expression of Interest for the commercial provision of car park operations at 20-30 Hartley St, Cairns (Lot 10 RP 889748)

⁠⁠⁠Cairns Regional Council is seeking submissions from experienced and capable operators to design, operate and manage off-street car parking facility available to the public, located at 20-30 Hartley St, Cairns which is a Council owned site. Formal arrangements or lease will be entered into. The site will hold a development approval for use as a car park with an approved site plan, marked with approximately 130 vehicle spaces.

Tender enquiries, questions or clarifications should be directed via the online forum. Cairns Regional Council officers are unable to respond to verbal enquiries in relation to the tender. The forum will close five days prior to the closing time and date. Please ensure that all questions, information requests and clarifications are posted prior to this time.

We strongly recommend that you begin uploading your tender submission files at least two (2) hours BEFORE the tender closing time.

The tender closes at 4:30 PM, Wednesday 24 July 2019. Submissions must be fully received by this time. Late, verbal or emailed tenders will not be accepted.

Submissions will not be opened publicly. The lowest or any tender may not necessarily be accepted.
