Chevron Australia (Company) is seeking expressions of interest from service providers able to provide pest control and quarantine treatment services in support of Wheatstone Operations (Onslow and Wheatstone Platform) and Barrow Island (BWI) Assets (Gorgon Operations and WA Oil).

Quarantine services include preventative and remedial programs and organisational capability to assist with first response and incursion activities for suspected non-indigenous species. Services provided must be in accordance with the BWI Terrestrial and Marine Quarantine Management System.

Pest control services scope of work includes (but not limited to):
* Installation and periodic servicing of a pest control program (baits, monitors and traps) within specified communal areas, accommodation, office and crib facilities;
* Application of Company approved chemicals to support facility hygiene and cleanliness;
* Application of Company approved chemicals to support a “zero-vegetation” policy within specified areas of allocated tenure; and
* Reporting of activities undertaken to determine effectiveness of pest control program.

Quarantine treatment services scope of work includes (but not limited to):
* Application of Company approved chemicals to identified BWI cargo items and marine vessel topsides;
* Fumigation treatments (e.g. methyl bromide, sulfuryl fluoride) for non-compliant BWI cargo items;
* Other targeted treatments to address risks in particular locations and facilities;
* Gas free testing of treated cargo items prior to release on BWI; and
* Organisational capability to assist with first response and incursion activities for suspected non-indigenous species detected on BWI

Applicants will be required to provide information addressing the following criteria:
* Details of licensed personnel;
* Details of equipment to provide the above services;
* Details of training programs and verification of competency programs;
* Record management; and
* Experience providing pest control and quarantine treatment services particularly within the BWI context
