Tender Description
Fabrication of the upgraded primary sizer feed chute
1. Provision of labour, plant, equipment, goods and materials in accordance with relevant site, national and international standards as required to provide:
- A detailed design and fabrication drawing has been completed and is attached (may be subject to minor changes)
- Fabricate all components (except the deflector assembly which will be fabricated by the specialist vendor)
- A site visit may be required by successful suppliers from the EOI process to cross check all the measurements
- Transport all components and tools to Mesa A site in advance of establishment, a suitable laydown area will be provided, offloading by contractor;
- Installation will be carried out in September shut 2019 (week 38) so the chute is required before this date
- NDT and other reports will be required following fabrication.
