Tender Description
The Contract Works required are the Design / Build of an extension to the Administration building. We are seeking a turn-key solution and subsequently contractors will be asked to demonstrate their capability and capacity of, and to include in their price;
* Concept plans and then consent plans
* Manufacture and supply of all necessary building components
* Insurance cover
* Scaffolding as required
* Removal and disposal of the existing decking
* Services works (i.e. drainage, plumbing, electrical etc.)
* Labour
* A suitable provisional sum for obtaining Building Consent from council
