The Institute is inviting suitably qualified organisations to enter into a contract for the supply and delivery of poultry to its campus located at 555 La Trobe Street Melbourne Victoria.
It is expected that successful tenderers will form a panel of suppliers and that no single supplier will be appointed.
Poultry products are purchased for use in a variety of instances including
Retail trading food areas which are registered Food Premises
Bakery Practical rooms which are registered Food Premises
Production kitchens that are attached to restaurants to serve food to the public
Food Science area including a laboratory and demonstration area
Training kitchens
Training restaurants
Conference Centre
Demonstration kitchens
Lecture theatres
Butchery training area
The selection of suitably qualified suppliers will be determined along the following lines using a number of different criteria.
