The intention for this request for Quotation is to assess suppliers in the market that can supply and maintain multifunction print and scan devices of various sizes and capability at nominated TasRail Sites.

The purpose of this Scope of Works is to provide TasRail with multifunction network connected devices that provide printing, scanning, is fax capable and scalable to each of the site requirement.

TasRail is after a uniform contract end date for all units by the end of the contract with some staged changeover when the currently contracted machines need replacing.

Options for inclusion of additional machines, during the term as business needs dictate, is also desirable.

The successful proponent will be awarded a contract valid for five years with the option for further one year period (5+1).
