Tender Description
Mosman Council invites tenders for the ongoing servicing of the following specification for the contract for Waste and Recycling Services for the period 1 October 2019 to 30 September 2029.
The Specification consists of the following nine parts:
Part 2.1 Domestic Waste Service;
Part 2.2 Domestic Recyclables Collection Service;
Part 2.3 Domestic Green Waste Collection Service;
Part 2.4 Domestic Clean Up Collection Service;
Part 2.5 Dumped Waste Collection Service;
Part 2.6 Mobile Garbage Bin Supply and Repair;
Part 2.7 Commercial Waste Collection Council Premises;
Part 2.8 Commercial Recyclables Collection Council Premises;
Part 2.9 Customer Service Call Centre.
The details of the works required for each part are provided in the Section C Part 2 Specification for particular services.
The works are to be carried out as per the Specifications.
All works are to be carried out during specified working hours. Works outside nominated hours will require prior written approval from Council.
The Contract is for a period of ten (10) years, with review period after year seven.
Commencement for the first year of the Contract "Initial Contract Term" is scheduled on 1st October 2019.
