RFP - Provision of Street Benches with Advertising Space

⁠⁠⁠The City is seeking to grant a licence to a suitably qualified and experienced contractor to undertake the supply, installation and maintenance of Street Benches with Advertising space in return for the payment of a fee to be offered subject to the specifications and conditions detailed in Schedule 2 of the draft contract.

The term of the contract will be for a term of five (5) years with two (2), five (5) year options.

The City intends to appoint one successful Contractor. The successful Contractor will be permitted to erect and display advertising signs attached to the Street Benches and will, at its own cost and expense, erect, maintain and operate the Street Benches.
