Tender Description
RMIT intends to prequalify consultants for the RMIT University Building Services Consultancy Panel in the following key demand disciplines:
* Project Management and Superintendent
* Engineering Consultant – Mechanical, Electrical, Communications, Hydraulic, Fire, Acoustic, Vertical Transport
* Building and Land Surveying
* Structural and Civil Engineering
* Audio Visual (AV) Consultancies
The Panel will be primarily used for projects with a Total End Investment value under $5M.
Vendors are to read the EOI documents carefully to ensure they are able to complete and submit necessary response schedules by or before the Closing Deadline of 2pm Wednesday 24 July 2019 (AEST).
All enquiries and further requests for information should be submitted via the Forum tab by or before 5PM 17 July 2019. No industry briefing is planned for this EOI.
