Tender Description

This project involves building refurbishment works to the DSTG Fishermans Bend Port Melbourne, including replacement of flooring and joinery, heating ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC) upgrades, expansion of the non-destructive testing laboratory, refinishing the concrete flooring, replacing existing steel services channel covers enabling vehicle access door operability, repairing roof structure and installation of hoist.
