Provision of Labour Hire (Blue & White) Collar and Recruitment Services

⁠⁠⁠Regional Procurement is calling tender T601920HUN Provision of Labour Hire on behalf of the following participating Councils: Maitland City, Dungog Shire, Singleton, Upper Hunter Shire and MidCoast.

Category 1: Labour Hire (Blue Collar),
Category 2: Labour Hire (White Collar) and
Category 3: Recruitment Services

This tender will be a Panel Source by Category by Council type tender. Individual Councils have the option to select more than one tenderer for each Category.

This contract will run for 33 months from 1 October 2019 through to 30 June 2022 with provision for 2 x 12 month options.

Tenderers are NOT required to provide a response to all participating Councils to submit a conforming tender.

Any person / company willing to fulfil the requirements of the proposed contract is invited to submit a tender via electronic upload to via below link by the deadline 10.00am (AEST) Tuesday 16 July 2019. Hard copy tenders must be received in the Tender Box located at Regional Procurement at 59 Bonville Avenue Thornton 2322 within five (5) business days of the nominated closing date and time.

Tenderers are advised that a compulsory pre-tender meeting will be held at 10:00am Monday 1 July 2019 at Local Government Training Institute located at 4 Sandringham Avenue Thornton 2322.

Tender submissions will only be accepted from those tenderers that attend this meeting NO EXCEPTIONS.
