T4.19 Plant Machinery and Equipment
Local Government Procurement (LGP) has been established to provide a fully integrated procurement service to councils and associated organisations in NSW. LGP was established by Local Government NSW on behalf of its members to create a procurement operation dedicated to meeting the specific needs of Local Government (Please see our website at www.lgp.org.au for more information).
Local Government Procurement Pty Ltd (LGP) invites tenders for Standing Offers to supply: Plant, Machinery and Equipment. The current two LGP contracts, LGP707-3 Heavy Plant and Equipment and LGP508-3 Small Plant and Outdoor Power Equipment will be retired and merged into LGP419 Plant, Machinery and Equipment arrangement.

Requirement 1 Earthmoving Equipment
Requirement 2 Compaction and Road Construction Equipment
Requirement 3 Material Handling Equipment
Requirement 4 All-Terrain Vehicles, Work Utility Vehicles and Golf Carts
Requirement 5 Elevated Work Platforms
Requirement 6 Tractors
Requirement 7 Mowers and Turf Plant
Requirement 8 Small Powered Equipment
Requirement 9 Compressors and Generators
Requirement 10 Machinery Attachments
Requirement 11 Other Equipment and Accessories
Requirement 12 Servicing and Maintenance Agreements

A non-refundable fee of $88 dollars (incl. GST) is payable to download the RFT documentation.
Tenders close at 2.00pm on Friday 19 July 2019 (Australian Eastern Daylight Time (AEDT))
Canvassing of any LGP directors or employees, or Council members or officers, involved in the EOI/RFT/RFQ process, will disqualify tenderers from the tender process.
