Fairfield City Council is seeking tenders from organisations that have appropriate certifications, qualifications, capacity, experience and a high standard of capability who can deliver the best value for money in the HVAC Replacement located at Cabramatta Community Centre.

The air conditioning for the Cabramatta Community Centre will be provided from the existing central chilled and heating water plant located within the library plant room. A connection to the existing takeoff valves will be made on the Library roof to the Community Centre.

The Community Centre will be installed with 17 off chilled water hot water air handling units located in either the ceiling void or plant room. All air handling units fan coil units shall be connected to the chilled and hot water reticulation system by new insulated pipework.

The Childcare Centre located on the ground floor of the community centre will be provided with 2 ducted air cooled split system.
Provisions will be made for possible future chilled heating water fan coil unit to serve the hall and also the library entrance.

The removal and disposal of all the redundant plants and ductwork form part of this contract. This will include the removal and disposal 8 Nos. individual ducted split air cooled systems, removal of existing unused ducted system and the removal of the Childcare Centre ceiling mounted plant.

A summary of the requirements include;
* Provide chilled heating water reticulation system for the proposed air conditioning for the Cabramatta Community Centre.
* Connect the existing take off valves from the Library roof to the Community Centre.
* Supply, install and connect 17 off chilled/ hot water air handling units as per the construction drawings.
* Supply and install 2 Nos. ducted air coiled split provisions for the future chilled heating water fan coil units to serve the hall and the library entrance.
* All other related works as per the tender drawings and specification.
* Removal and disposal of all the redundant plants.
* Testing and commissioning
