The City Of Canada Bay Prefabricated Building Contractor

⁠⁠⁠2019/CSA6 - The City of Canada Bay invites suitably qualified and experienced contractors for the design and construction of prefabricated buildings and associated infrastructure.

As part of this tender, Tenderers will be asked to submit a Tender for the Prefabricated Amenities Building Project at Majors Bay Reserve in Concord. The successful respondent will be awarded this project, but during the evaluation process, The City of Canada Bay will appoint a panel for future projects. The panel will have the opportunity to quote on projects over the next 3 years, plus the extension periods. There is no guarantee of the quantity of work, but the process of submitting quotes will be simplified as the successful panellists would have already gone through the tendering process.

The initial Contract term is for three [3] years subject to satisfactory performance by the successful Tenderer, which will be determined by The City
