Tender Description
The Scope of Work is for the supply, workshop fabrication, surface treatment, testing, Lining, pre-assembly, packing, loading and delivery to Greenbushes, Western Australia of fabricated Platework and transportation frames.
Supply of:
Fabricated Platework - Approximately 600T
Equipment is to be supplied complete and operational and is to include all necessary auxiliary goods, accessories and the incorporation of all miscellaneous material, minor parts and other such items including but not limited to:
Pneumatic ram actuators,
Bearings,
Flop gates,
Liners, etc.
Contractors wishing to be considered must be able to demonstrate their ability to:
* Fabricate in accordance with Australian standards AS 4100, AS1554 and AS5131
* Track individual items of steelwork/equipment using an electronic system.
* Manage and report on sub-supplier/sub-contractor performance.
* Receipt, Store and Dispatch goods.
* Track, control and implement document revisions.
* Control the supply of fabricated steel items ensuring "Just-in-time" delivery principles are employed. This may include storage of completed steel at the contractors yard. (Contractors need to have available yard space to ensure seamless delivery of required items)
