Expressions of Interest - Rangiora Sewer Upgrade - Stage 4

⁠⁠⁠The Waimakariri District Council (WDC) has commissioned the construction of a 475mm diameter uPVC sewer gravity main from the Intersection of King Street and Charles, to a new Manhole at the Intersection of King Street and Johns Road; and a 375mm diameter uPVC sewer gravity main from the Intersection of King Street and Johns Road to new Manhole at the Intersection of King Street and George Street.
This construction work is the fourth stage of the Central Rangiora Sewer Capacity Upgrade which has been commissioned to increase the system capacity to receive the future flow from the West Rangiora Development; as well as to accomplish a 5 year Level of Service for the Rangiora sewer network.

This project is considered a high profile and important project for the Rangiora community as the new sewer mains will receive a large portion of the town's wastewater flow. As such it is vital a suitably experienced and motivated contractor is engaged to carry out the work.

This invitation for expressions of interest from contractors is the first step in the process to select a contractor to deliver this project.
