Tender Description
City Parklands Services Pty Ltd, invites specialist contractors with traditional roof plumbing experience to submit a tender for roof replacement works to the State Heritage Listed Nepalese Pagoda at South Bank Parklands.
The works include removal and replacement of plywood sarking boards, timber batten rolls and brass roof sheeting. Removal, safe storage and reinstatement of decorative items. Site management, scaffolding, fencing and protection of existing structure.
The successful tenderer will be required to commence the contract works on 16 September 2019. The tender period is from Monday 17 June 2019, closing at 1pm AEST on 12 July 2019.
