Expressions of Interest – Cafés at Woodbridge and Peninsula Farm

⁠⁠⁠The National Trust of Western Australia is seeking an experienced operator/s to deliver an outstanding and unique food and beverage offering to complement these remarkable heritage properties.

One of the two sites is a riverside location on the grounds of Woodbridge. It is a 200 m2 building that includes the option to lease and adapt an adjacent contemporary cottage.

The second location sits on the banks of the Swan River on the grounds of Peninsula Farm. The 170 m2 building is easily accessible by car, bus and boat and includes the option to adapt.
