Tender Description
The Ti Tree Rail camp is located 170km south of Karratha on the Tom Price mainline. Weelamurra camp is 50km south of Ti Tree towards Tom Price. Kurri Kulli camp is 10km south of Paraburdoo township.
Scope Of Works:
Building relocation
* Disconnect and remove buildings from existing locations at Kurri Kulli and Weelamurra camp sites and move to Ti Tree
* Provide cranage and transport to relocate the buildings
Ti Tree expansion
* Carry out civil works
* Trench and install underground services
* Install concrete paths, footings and bunds for washdown and tanks
* Install bunding to generator area
* Refurbish existing mess and kitchen
* Install electrical distribution boards, unground cabling and other items as required
* Installation of fencing
* Installation of water tank
A detailed design for all works will be provided at tender stage including civil, mechanical, electrical and hydraulic scopes.
