Tender Description
The Department of Education (DoE) is calling for submissions for construction of a New Multilevel Learning Centre located at Eagleby South State School, 131-171 River Hills Road, Eagleby QLD 4207 (Cnr Fryar Road and River Hills Road). The intent is for the two storey building to provision for 4 future GLAs. This project will include services and structure to the undercroft areas, allowing for infill of the additional 4 GLAs as future funding becomes available.It is essential to deliver the project on time so that the facility will provide for the needs of the community by commencement of School Term 3 2020, if not earlier.
Tender submissions will be accepted from contractors with a minimum PQC rating Level 2.
