Tender Description
ARTC intends to engage a Contractor to provide Coal Removal Services for ARTC tracks maintained by the Port Waratah and Maitland Provisioning Centres. The ARTC controlled tracks at Port Waratah and Kooragang Island are also included in the area.
The general scope includes:
(a) Removal of built up coal and fines within the track structure; and
(b) Disposal of waste products at a licensed waste disposal facility.
The Contractor must provide all required resources to undertake the Works including experienced supervision, skilled labour, safe working, and select plant and equipment.
Tender documents must be obtained after registration.

Completed responses must be submitted via the electronic tender box.
This Tender uses two (2) tender boxes as follows:
1) The first tender box " 06046 Section B Part 1 Comm" is to be used to submit Section B Part 1 Commercial Schedules, including the Excel based Fee Schedule; and
2) The second tender box " 06046 Section B Part 2 Tech" is to be used to submit Section B Part 2 Technical Schedules and all other Tender documentation.
A non-mandatory site visit is scheduled for Monday 17th June. Details are provided in the Invitation to Tender Letter. Please ensure you provide notice of your intention to attend the site visit as per instructions.
