⁠⁠⁠Advance Notice prior to Tendering - seeking Supplier feedback

The Dunedin City Council (DCC) is considering a planned and reactive maintenance contract for painting with a focus on exteriors. A range of buildings are being considered for inclusion including Community Housing, Community Halls and Commercial Buildings. The DCC would like feedback from Suppliers on which building types they interested in tendering for. In addition, the DCC is proposing to include in the contract responsibility for ongoing maintenance of the exterior paint surface of the building to ensure the paint remains under warranty by the paint supplier. From the completion of painting an entire, or section of a building, a 7-year maintenance period is proposed. This maintenance will include building washdowns along with touch-ups of paint surfaces.
