Tender Description
CQUniversity invites tenders from suitably qualified, registered, experienced Contractors and their appointed/affiliated Design Team, for the design and construction, refurbishment and fitout of the nominated areas of the existing Campus.
On the Award of the Contract, the appointed Contractor must become the Principal Contractor and take on all roles and responsibilities therein.
This tender is a Design and Construct Tender and under clause 9.3 Selected Subcontract Work (AS 4902-2000) CQU nominate Sub Consultants being Thomson Adsett the Project Architect; and the Engineering Consultants AECOM to complete the design in full subcontracted to the successful Principle Contractor.
