Tender Description
Consultancy services are sought for the formulation of plan to allow Council to effectively deliver those aspects of its Double Bay Public Domain Lighting Strategy (the Strategy) as relate to lanterns.
A number of projects under the Strategy have been successfully carried out. The lanterns component is the most ambitious, biggest and most complex project under the Strategy.
The successful consultant will need to document all components relevant to delivering the lanterns project and develop a clear plan of how to best go about it.
