⁠⁠⁠The preload scope includes:
* Excavation
* Civil earthworks including;
* Import of certified structural fill & landscape fill to engineers specification
* Installation of settlement monitoring devices
* Continued survey monitoring of preload during preload period
* Cut and store excess fill at conclusion of preload period including preparing building platform and playground levels ready for construction

Underground services works include:
* Carry out realignment of SS/SW/PW systems prior to preload period
* Continued monitoring of sewer system during preload period
* Replacement of section of sewer system after preload period
