Tender Description
The Scope of Work is for the provision of international logistics management services to the Company from a single point of contact including but not limited to the following: Full logistics management during the Project execution phase and Operational logistics services to support production operations.
Contractors wishing to be considered must be able to demonstrate their ability to complete the Scope of Work and confirms it has the necessary capacity, capability, experience and management expertise to meet all logistical requirements under the terms of the Contract.:
The Scope of Work will comprise of the following.
* Freight forwarding (import and export).
* Inland haulage.
* Freight consolidation and warehousing.
* Sea freight. Liner FCL, LCL, Ro Ro
* Management and supervision of heavy lifts, oversized and hazardous cargo, as required to fulfil delivery requirements.
* Chartering or part-chartering by sea.
* Air freight
* Customs brokerage (import and export).
* Freight tracking and reporting.
