Tender Description
Design and Construction of Drainage at Geoff King Motors Oval, Coffs Harbour (Separable Portion A) and Design and Construction of Drainage at Sawtell Toormina Sports Field, Sawtell (Separable Portion B).
The tender comprises separable portions for the design and construction of sand silt drainage at Geoff King Motors Oval, Stadium Drive, Coffs Harbour and Sawtell Toormina Sports Field, Hogbin Dr, Sawtell.
Site Inspection: A site inspection of both sites will held on the 18 June 2019 at 9:00am. The site inspection will commence at Geoff King Motors Oval and proceed to Sawtell Toormina Sports Field. Attendance is compulsory in order to submit a conforming Tender.
Submissions: Completed responses can be submitted via the electronic tender box.
Respondents will receive a Successful Submission Receipt, timed and dated upon completion.
Submissions can also be placed in a sealed envelope and endorsed with the Tender title number, and closing date and placed in the Tender Box located in Council's Administrative Centre, cnr Coff and Castle Streets Coffs Harbour NSW 2450 by the nominated time and date.
Closing Date and Time: Tenders close at 10:00am, Wednesday 26 June 2019 and submissions must be fully received by this time. Council is not bound to accept the lowest priced tender or all or any part of the tender, and reserves the right to conduct the tender process and select the successful respondent as it sees most advantageous. Council staff are unable to respond to verbal enquiries in relation to the proposal. Late, verbal, faxed or emailed submissions will not be accepted.
