EOI - Lease of Council land - 116 Laidlaw Street, Yass

⁠⁠⁠Council is seeking expressions of interest from reputable organisations to lease a fenced and lockable parking section of land at 116 Laidlaw Street, Yass for truck parking purposes. Council will require periodic access to the land to undertake test bore installation and monitoring of results. Due to test bore locations there may be minor parking restrictions to accommodate access for monitoring. There are currently no services connected to this portion of land.

The lessee will be responsible for ongoing fence and gate maintenance, ongoing control of grass within the block and maintaining entrance and parking surface areas.

The lease will initially be for two years with the possibility of one year lease extensions.
