Tender Description
The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to select and to appoint a cost management services provider for the proposed AgResearch Building to be located at the Lincoln research precinct. The appointed cost manager will be required to take the proposed AgResearch Building from concept design through to completion of construction and handover.
