Tender Description
The Scope of Work is for the provision of labour, plant and equipment, materials, management, supervision and other things necessary to supply the required compressed air systems.
* Vendors wishing to be considered must be able to demonstrate their ability to supply compressed air systems as per following requirements;
Compressor assemblies capable of meeting the requirements set out in the attached datasheets and as listed below:
* Two (2) off duty compressors and one (1) off stand-by compressor for processing area.
One (1) off duty compressor for crushing area.
* Vertically mounted air Receivers complete with pressure safety devices, condensate drains, inspections ports, lifting lugs, and vessel supports all designed by supplier for operating in the proper pressure.
* All associated filters, strainers, Water separators, air / oil separators, control valves, pressure gauges, relief valves, drain valves, piping, miscellaneous fittings, etc. within the package to enable the compressor to be started up and operate automatically.
* Actuated valving and control valves to be fully automated. - Drain lines to grade from all drain points.
* Compressor control, regulation and safety indication panel.
* On-skid VSDs, motor starters and MCCs.
