Offers must be received by the closing time of 2.30pm Wednesday 19 June 2019. Offers received after the closing time may be deemed invalid.

Council may invite tenderers to change their offers in accordance withe the provision of Section 228 (7) of the Local Government Regulation 2012. Council reserves the right to accept any submission in whole or part and the right not to accept the highest or any submissions.
