Licence to Occupy Land - Ruapuna School Road, Ruapuna

⁠⁠⁠The Ashburton District Council, on behalf of the Ruapuna Reserve Board, invite tenders for a Licence to Occupy the land described below:

Ruapuna School Road, Ruapuna.
· Area 10 ha (approximately);
· Legal Description: Part Reserve 3034;
· Area currently sown in pasture.

A three year (3) year licence is proposed with a commencement of 3 August 2019. There is one (1) right of renewal for a further term of two (2) years. Tenderers may tender by completing the appropriate tender documentation which may be obtained from the Ruapuna Reserve Board. Tenders are to be enclosed in an envelope enfaced Ruapuna Reserve Licence to Occupy Tender and are to be sent to reach Council by closing time of 4pm, Thursday 27 June 2019.
