Auckland Transport Property Acquisition Professional Services Panel

⁠⁠⁠The purpose of this Advance Notice is to inform suppliers of an upcoming Registration of Interest (ROI) for a panellist position on the Property Acquisition Professional Services Panel workstreams, via a framework agreement. The Auckland Transport (AT) Property and Planning team is responsible for the acquisition programme for securing the necessary interests in land to enable the delivery of Auckland regional transport projects (with the exception of State Highways).

Over the next five years the Property Acquisition Team has a large land acquisition programme. To assist in the process of acquisition, AT requires panellists for the following panel workstreams:
• Property Negotiation Consultancy
• Property Valuation Services
• Cadastral Surveying Services

This Advanced Notice is an offer to take part in a ROI that is due to be released June 2019.
