Queenstown Town Centre Car Parking Solutions RFP

⁠⁠⁠Queenstown is experiencing significant economic, residential and visitor growth. QLDC, in partnership with the New Zealand Transport Agency and Otago Regional Council, is addressing the growth challenges and opportunities for Queenstown’s town centre through a Masterplan.

This Request for Proposals (RFP) is issued to enable QLDC to evaluate private sector-led car parking solutions and development proposals. Through this RFP, QLDC is looking to source viable car parking options from the private sector and evaluate them alongside the options previously identified by QLDC.
