The purpose of the RFT is to establish a panel of suppliers to provide services in the following areas:
a) Recruitment of permanent staff: providing assistance as required to Aurora Energy's internal team for the recruitment of permanent employees;
b) Recruitment of temporary placements/ contractors: recruiting and payrolling temporary contractors;
c) Payrolling of contractors: providing payroll services for contractors who have been recruited by Aurora Energy; and
d) Undertaking search assignments: assisting Aurora Energy to find candidates for in demand skillsets and hard to find candidates.
