Expression of Interest: Property of Former Marmanya Development Association Incorporated

⁠⁠⁠Expressions of Interest are invited from not-for-profit groups operating in the Boulia Shire or surrounding areas to take over the property of the former Marmanya Development Association Inc.

The property being:
* Land - described as: Lot 7 PU16, Parish Urandangie.
* Buildings: Seven (7) which could be used for accommodation/training are on site in various states of repair.
* Above ground water tank and bore (inoperable).
* Various fittings and fixtures located on land described above.

While it is preferred your group is an active group incorporated under the Associations Incorporation

Act 1981 (the Act), or a company limited by guarantee, or an indigenous corporation, or a non-trading cooperative, Expressions of Interest are also welcome from unincorporated groups providing they incorporate under the Act if their application is successful.

The property of the former Marmanya Development Association Incorporated is currently held by The State of Queensland through the Public Trustee.

The State of Queensland and Boulia Shire Council are keen to see the property vested to a not-for-profi t group operating in the Boulia Shire area for the benefi t of the community. Expressions of interest close at 2pm on Friday 21st June, 2019 and should be made in writing to:
