North West Festival 2019 - Production

⁠⁠⁠RFT1819-62 - The Town of Port Hedland is seeking submissions from suitably qualified suppliers to provide rental equipment and experienced staff as necessary for the 2019 North West Festival.

The event will have two days of entertainment, an 18+ afternoon/night and an all ages day/evening. The expected timeline of operation will be as follows:

* Civic Centre Gardens closed to public – Tuesday 20th August
* Stage Construction – Wednesday 21st August
* Tech Bump In – Thursday 22nd August
* Buffer Day - Systems/LX Programming (if required) & Sound checks (TBC) – Friday 23rd August
* 18+ Event – Saturday 24th August
* Family Sundowner – Sunday 25th August
* Tech Bump Out – Monday 26th August
* Stage Bump Out – Tuesday 27th August
