Tamworth Regional Council requires the services of a suitably qualified and experienced design consultant to undertake a detailed design and documentation of site services and a detailed design and documentation of the buildings for an upgrade of the existing Regional Hockey complex in Tamworth.

Council's timeframe for delivery is staged. The site services design approved documentation Issued for Construction (IFC) at the earliest opportunity and by no later than 9 August 2019. The building design approved documentation issued for Construction (IFC) at the earliest opportunity and no later than 13 September 2019.

Quotations close at 11 am AEST, Tuesday 18 June 2019.

Council is not bound to accept the lowest, or any quotation and any consultant who directly or indirectly canvesses support from an elected member or servant of the Council will be disqualified.
