Supply of Concrete and FRC Pipes & Associated Products

⁠⁠⁠Regional Procurement is calling tenders for the Supply & Delivery of Steel Reinforced Concrete (RRJ & FJ) & Fibre Reinforced Concrete (FRC) Stormwater Pipes & Associated Concrete products.

1. PURPOSE: REGPRO171617 Supply and Delivery of Steel Reinforced Concrete (RRJ & FJ) & Fibre Reinforced Concrete (FRC) Stormwater Pipes & Associated Concrete Products to participating Councils as listed:
Mid North Coast region: Coffs Harbour City, Kempsey Shire, Nambucca Shire, Port Macquarie-Hastings, MidCoast.
Northern Rivers region: Tweed Shire, Kyogle Shire, Clarence Valley, Richmond Valley.
New England region:
NAMOI region: Tamworth Regional, Liverpool Plains Shire, Gunnedah Shire, Walcha.

Expenditure is estimated at over $1,500,000 for the term of contract.

Engagement will be on an 'as required' basis for a period of 36 months from 1 October 2019 to 30 September 2022 with provision for a 1 year option. This is a Single Source by Council tender.

Tenderers must comply with all the requirements of the specification and must satisfy Council's requested time frames.

2. INVITATION: Any person/company willing to fulfil the requirements of the proposed contract is invited to submit a tender to Regional Procurement by the deadline, 10.00 am Tuesday 11 June 2019. (Submissions shall be via the Electronic tender Box via below link).

A hard copy will also be required to be submitted to the Thornton office (REGIONAL PROCUREMENT) as per the invitation to tender. Responsibility for lodgement of completed tender documents by the deadline lies solely with the Tenderer. Tender lodgement information is provided in the tender document. Regional Procurement is not bound to accept the lowest tender or any tender submitted.
