The scope of the Services includes the provision of all labour, supervision, materials,consumables and equipment to maintain all the grounds and other Premises as listed in
Site Identification Matrix and Pricing Schedules.
Building Maintenance which Includes:
The scope of the Services includes the provision of all labour, supervision, materials, consumables and equipment to maintain all buildings as listed in Site Identification Matrix and Pricing Schedules.
Security Services which Includes:
The scope of the Services includes the provision of all labour, supervision, materials, consumables and equipment to provide security services for the Premises nominated in this Specification.
Tenderers must tender for all of the above Services.
